Derek Wei

Derek is the Product Lead at Swimmetrix, helping turn rough ideas into things people can actually use.

He helps decide what is worth building, how it should work, and whether it can realistically be made. That covers product direction, design feasibility, modeling, and the practical calls in between. He works closely with Housen to test and refine ideas before they become features.

Derek attends Westlake High School, where he is in the Robotics and Orchestra programs. His racing background at Nitro Swimming keeps his product instincts grounded in what swimming actually feels like.
