Swimmetrix Try StrokeLab
Built by swimmers, for swimmers

Reimagining how swimmers understand performance.

Swimmetrix is built around a simple goal: bring modern performance insight to swimmers without making analysis feel complicated, expensive, or out of reach.

Tools

Two tools that fit right into swim life for swimmers and coaches.

StrokeLab breaks down the race. OmniCoach turns the data into clearer next steps.

StrokeLab

Race video analysis

Open StrokeLab

Turn a swim video into clear race numbers.

Upload a race video and get clean metrics for splits, pace, stroke rhythm, turns, and finish details.

What StrokeLab measures
Length splits

See each length or segment more clearly, so swimmers and coaches can tell where time was gained, where time slipped, and whether the race plan held up.

Pacing

Track pace per 100 over time so every part of the swim is easier to compare, even when the raw splits come from shorter lengths or different parts of the race. It helps show whether the swimmer opened too aggressively, settled into a sustainable rhythm, faded late, or built speed when it mattered.

Stroke rate

Measure tempo through the race instead of guessing from memory. This helps show whether speed came from faster turnover, better distance per stroke, or both.

Strokes per length

Compare how many strokes it took to cover each length. A rising count can show fatigue, shorter strokes, weaker breakouts, or efficiency changes.

Distance per stroke

Estimate how much water each stroke covers. This helps connect technique, power, and fatigue to what actually happened in the race.

Export to OmniCoach.ai

Send the completed race metrics into OmniCoach.ai so the numbers can become clearer feedback, training ideas, and race strategy notes.

OmniCoach

AI coaching companion

Explore OmniCoach

Turn race data into coaching feedback swimmers can actually use.

Export StrokeLab data, then open OmniCoach on Poe for feedback, strategy, and training ideas*.

What OmniCoach helps with
Takeaways

Get a plain-language summary of what the race data suggests, so swimmers can find the main lesson without staring at every chart.

Strategy

Review pacing, tempo, stroke efficiency, and finish pattern to help plan the next race more intentionally instead of only reacting to the final time.

Training

Turn race patterns into practical training focus areas, such as holding pace, improving efficiency, keeping tempo stable, or finishing stronger.

Pattern spotting

Find the recurring details that are easy to miss after one race, like tempo dropping after turns, pacing changes in the back half, or efficiency falling when fatigue starts to show.

Race comparison

Compare races by more than final time. OmniCoach can help explain whether improvement came from better pacing, cleaner turns, stronger stroke rhythm, or a more consistent finish.

Coach notes

Turn dense race metrics into short, readable notes that are easier to discuss with a swimmer after practice, after a meet, or before the next race plan.

FAQ

A few quick answers.

What does Swimmetrix do?

Swimmetrix turns race video into practical swim analytics that athletes and coaches can use immediately, without expensive enterprise software.

Who is it for?

It is designed for swimmers and coaches who want a simple, modern workflow for athlete review and training advice.

Do I need an account?

No account is required for the core experience. The goal is to keep the first use as frictionless as possible.

What kind of data do I get?

You get splits, pace, stroke rate, stroke count, distance-per-stroke style insight, plus AI-generated training advice, race strategy, and room-to-improve feedback depending on the tool and input video.

What happens to my uploads?

Your video files are not stored by Swimmetrix. The analytics can stay on your device, or you can sync them to your Google account for easier access later.
